Album Highlight: Heartattack and vine by Tom Waits

​And what becomes of all the little boys,
Who never comb their hair,
Well they're lined up all around the block,
On the nickel over there.

My wife ordered this album from our neighbors at New Style Records, and gave it to me for Christmas this year. Tom Waits is by far my favorite musical artist, and this might be my favorite of his albums...and now I have it on vinyl!

This album is a great transition piece between Waits' early beat-jazz style piano playing and his later more experimental work. Here are some songs off that album that get me every time.
